MCS stands for the Microgeneration Certification Scheme. It is an industry-led quality assurance scheme which provides proof that your renewable installation has been designed, installed, and commissioned to the highest standard.

NAPIT

NAPIT is a leading government-approved and United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) accredited, membership scheme operator within the building services and fabric sector. It is the body that manages the MCS scheme for Helios Energy. NAPIT certificated scheme members have demonstrated their competence, hold the necessary insurances and have the right processes and procedures to assure compliance.

RECC

The Renewable Energy Consumer Code (RECC) sets out high consumer protection standards for businesses who are selling or leasing renewable energy generation systems to domestic consumers. RECC is approved by Chartered Trading Standards Institute as part of the Consumer Codes Approval Scheme and is also a TrustMark Scheme Operator.

  Such a great firm from planning and design after home visit, to fitting and replacement of faulty inverter for PV panels and powerwall 2 battery.  All working fine.  Already saving money. Charming fitters, (special mention to Gav). The owner (Will) fell and damaged his back at his home requiring in-patient treatment but still kept in touch. His Son Laurence took the reins smoothly and coordinated scaffolding, fitting and replacement of the faulty inverter to suit my schedule. Great Job.   I used Helios to supply and install a solar panel and battery system in April having had them them recommended by a neighbour and seeing the quality of their work.

They listened to my requirements and concerns and installed a system that I am very happy with. They did a great job installing the panels and running cables so they regained out of sight. They also installed the inverter and batteries in my garage to take up as little space as possible .

Their pricing is as competitive and they used good quality equipment.

I have had a couple of queries regarding system tuning since the install and they have assisted with these.
