Laurence Clemson
- Director
- Our Director, Laurence Clemson, co-founded Helios with his father, Will, blending their shared passion for innovation and excellence. With a background in electrical work and system design, Laurence ensures everything runs smoothly. Outside the office, he's a force to be reckoned with on the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu mat and a keen golfer, always striving for that perfect swing. His loyal companion, Nora the Sausage dog, is never far from his side, offering a wagging tail and plenty of encouragement.
Will Clemson

- Our Director and co-founder, Will, brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to Helios. With a degree in mechanical engineering and a project management background, Will has been a key player in the solar and renewables industry since 2011. His reputation has seen him manage numerous projects across the UK and Europe. When he's not orchestrating operations at Helios Renewable Energy, Will enjoys watching Harlequins Rugby with his son, Laurence, and tending to his beehives near the office.
Gavin Morrison
- Head of Electrical
- Gavin has been the powerhouse behind Helios' electrical department for the past five years. A man of many talents, Gavin can not only design intricate electrical systems but can also send a golf ball soaring for miles. When he's not on the course or managing electrical projects, he's fervently cheering on Manchester United. If you need any football tips or electrical advice, Gavin's your guy.
Ross Johnson
- Head of Roof Works
- Ross, our Head of Roof Works, has been scaling new heights with Helios for the past two years. His competitive spirit and dedication ensure that our roof projects are always top-notch. When he's not balancing on rooftops, you can find Ross lifting weights or competing in Crossfit tournaments. He's proof that strength and precision can go hand in hand.
